45 Gin School Terms and Conditions By purchasing or booking a course you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. (We reserve the right to make minor changes to the content of the course and prices without notice). 1. 45 Gin School Experience You must be over 18 years of age to attend a 45 Gin School Session. 2. Health and Safety Liability You will be given a briefing on health and safety in the 45 Gin School prior to the session commencing. All participants are expected to listen carefully and obey instructions given. Inevitably there is a risk of accidents occurring. We expect you to take all reasonable care in the 45 Gin School to avoid this happening. By your agreement to these booking conditions we shall be under no liability whatsoever, for loss, injury or damage to you or your property whether in respect of any neglect, act of omission by us or otherwise. If in doubt, please ask for help. 3. Standard of Behavior We expect you to behave sensibly and appropriately at all times. If for any reason we are unhappy about your behaviour you may be required to leave the premises. 4. Special Dietary Requirements/ Allergies/ Disabilities We cannot adjust courses for special dietary requirements unless previously agreed. If you have any allergies please telephone us in advance to discuss your requirements. There may be traces of nuts or other ingredients and if you have an allergy you attend at your own risk. If you have a disability or condition you think may hinder your enjoyment of the course, please let us know so we can help to ensure your day runs smoothly. 5. Things to let us know about in advance If you are disabled, are diabetic, have epilepsy, are pregnant or have any other issue or illness you think you should tell us about please let us know in advance. 6. We Provide 45 Gin School provides all equipment and botanicals in order for you to distil and bottle your very own gin. 7. Cancellations and Postponements We operate a strict 7 day cancellation policy. Full payment must be made prior to a course commencing to reserve your place. The course fee will be returnable, if written notice of cancellation is received 7 days from the course start date. If you cancel the course within 7 days from the course start date you will be responsible for payment of the full fees. However you are welcome to send another person in your place. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course, we undertake to offer a suitable transfer to an alternative course, or a full refund of any course fees. 8. Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. Gift vouchers are transferable, so if you are unable to attend yourself, you are able to nominate a replacement. 9. Parking There is plenty of free parking at the 45 Gin School. 10. Personal Hygiene and Safety. We regard personal hygiene to be very important. please also remember to wash your hands regularly, particularly if you have a cough or a cold. Refreshments will be provided. 11. Delivery 45 Gin School Voucher; Upon successful completion of an order with us you will receive confirmation of your order by email, to your nominated email address. You will also receive written confirmation of your order by post and any supporting items relating to your order. We aim to send these out by Royal Mail first class post on the next business day. Please note that Royal Mail delivery services are outside of our control, and we can take no responsibility for delays in their service such as strikes, extreme weather etc.
